What is your cancellation policy?
If last-minute scheduling conflicts arise, every effort will be made to accommodate change requests, but the cancellation policy is as follows:
Appointments will be billed one business day prior and may be cancelled or rescheduled up to one business day in advance. Monday appointments will be confirmed and billed for on Fridays.
-
How long are appointments?
Initial appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled for 30 minutes. I do offer longer follow-up appointments (50 minutes) - this is typically for combined medication management + psychotherapy appointments.
-
How often are patients typically seen?
Patients are seen on average once a month, but depending on your needs and preferences this can range anywhere from once a week to once every few months. Oftentimes at the start of treatment patients are seen more frequently, especially when first starting medication, and then appointments are spread out as symptoms improve and stabilize. I always encourage patients to reach out between appointments if we should check in sooner - don’t feel you have to wait until the next appointment if any questions or concerns arise in between meetings.
-
What are your rates?
Initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes): $650
Follow-up (30 minutes): $275
Follow-up (50 minutes): $375
